Terms of Service

1. The service

TubePilot Companion provides AI-assisted video ideas, content calendars, SEO tools, thumbnail generation and channel insights. You need an account with a confirmed email address to use it.

2. Plans and limits

• Free: 5 AI prompts per day.
• Pro: $18 per month or $180 per year, including 100 AI prompts per month.

Quotas reset automatically at the start of each period. We may adjust limits with notice on this page.

3. Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are in USD and exclude any taxes your local rules require.

4. Cancellation and changes

You can cancel any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep Pro access until then. Switching between monthly and yearly takes effect immediately and Stripe prorates the difference. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are non-refundable.

5. Your content

You own the ideas, scripts, titles, descriptions and images you create with the service. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before publishing it, including any factual, trademark or copyright considerations.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to generate unlawful, hateful, deceptive or infringing content, to scrape or resell the service, to bypass quotas, or to interfere with its operation. We may suspend accounts that breach this section.

7. YouTube integration

Connecting a channel is optional and governed by the YouTube Terms of Service. You may disconnect at any time. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted availability or specific results such as views, subscribers or revenue. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these terms.
